In the Summer of 2013 my husband and I found a home we wanted to relocate our family to. We were tempted to list with One Percent Real Estate. After talking to Tanya and listening to all of the ramifications that come along with listing with a discount brokerage we changed our minds. We wanted as many buyers as possible without detracting realtors as well the buyers having to pay additional commission out of pocket, not to mention we needed the realtors co-operation on our purchase end.

In the end we attracted two offers one of which fell apart. Tanya guided us through this process all the while making sure our conditional purchase was secure. It was very complicated with dates, expiry times and paperwork.

There is a saying, that good Doctors and Mechanics are hard to find. You can add Realtor to that as well, and Tanya Clarke falls into that category. She will be the first phone call we make if we move in the future!
